Product Case

       In 2003, a gold ore concentrator in Shandong had a higher ore grade and decided to use the gravity method to extract gold. It purchased equipment from the Xinhai shaker manufacturer. Xinhai provided additional equipment according to the geographic location of the concentrator and the requirements of the manufacturer. A 6s shaker with crank connecting rod device and special lubrication system. In the process of use, the recovery rate of crude concentrate has reached 77.78%, the stratification is obvious, the purity of gold extraction is 3% higher than the theoretical value, and the customer is very satisfied.

Product Structure

      The group of ore particles is fed from the ore feeder at the corner of the bed surface of the 6s shaker, and the lateral flushing water is supplied by the water supply tank, so the inertia and friction of the ore particles under the gravity, lateral flow impulse, and the reciprocating asymmetric movement of the bed surface Under the action of force, it is stratified according to specific gravity and particle size, and moves longitudinally along the bed surface and laterally along the inclined bed surface. Ore particles with different specific gravity and particle size gradually fan down along their respective movement directions, and are discharged from different areas of the concentrate end and tailing side of the shaker, and finally are divided into concentrate, medium ore and tailings.
