Product Case

At the beginning of the establishment of a mineral processing plant in Xinjiang, the grinding system used an ordinary ball mill. Due to the lining, it caused vomiting and abnormal fracture of the lining, which caused the ball mill to fail to work properly. To solve this problem, Xinhai's energy-saving wet ball mill was selected. The lining board adopts corrugated lining board, while the toughness is enhanced, the contact area of the ball mine becomes larger, the grinding effect is strengthened, and the material particle size is more controllable. Finally, the entire production process is carried out efficiently.

Product Structure

The main component of Xinhai wet energy-saving ball mill is a cylinder with a small diameter and a large length. It is slowly rotated by a transmission device. The material is fed from the feeding end of the cylinder. Impact and self-grinding, the material can be crushed. Due to the continuous feeding of materials, the pressure causes the material in the barrel to move from the feeding end to the discharging end. The material reaching the finished particle size is discharged from the discharge end of the barrel. During wet grinding, the material is carried out by water flow; during dry grinding, the material is carried out by air flow. The grid energy-saving ball mill has a discharge grid at the discharge end. The mill relies on the grid plate to force ore discharge, and the surface of the slurry in the barrel is low. Under the same production conditions, the production capacity is higher than the overflow ball mill. Rolling bearings are used at both ends of the cylinder to replace sliding bearings, which saves energy significantly.
