Product Structure

        The working principle of the high-efficiency thickener: before the slurry enters the high-efficiency thickener, after removing most of the gas contained in the degassing device, it enters the mixing device from the feed pipe, and the slurry is fully mixed with the appropriate amount of flocculant in the mixing device to form Good flocculation state, then diffuse from the bottom to the surrounding into the pre-formed high-concentration sediment layer at the bottom of the concentration tank. At this time, the flocculated slurry (flock) settles to the bottom of the tank; the slurry water rises through the sediment layer. Here, the sediment layer plays a filtering role, preventing fine-grained slime from rising. The slurry that has not been fully flocculated will continue to be in contact with the floc mass when it reaches the sediment layer, so that the floc will continue to grow. Finally, the rake rack is driven by the center drive device to push the concentrated material to the center discharge port for discharge, and the slurry water flows out from the overflow port.
